Finland doesn't really celebrate Halloween like that. We've never had trick or treaters. And if we do have some small cases like that, you're looked at like a crazy person.
But some people do hold small Halloween parties. I've done it a few times too. And I do like to dress up just for the heck of it. c:
I usually just dig up my most frilly, lacy and velvety gothic dresses, throw a ton of make-up on and I'm done.
